At eBook Creator AI, we strive to provide the best tools and AI-powered experience to help authors, creators, and publishers bring their books to life. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
All subscriptions and credit purchases made through our platform are billed in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing terms displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Because eBook Creator AI provides instant access to AI generation tools and downloadable assets, we cannot offer refunds once credits are used or AI content is generated. All payments are final.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your access to AI credits, tools, and projects will continue until your current term expires.
If you believe you were charged in error or received a duplicate transaction, please contact our support team at contact@ebookcreatorai.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review the case and issue a refund if an error occurred on our part.
In rare cases where technical issues prevent you from accessing paid features or credits, our support team may issue a partial or full refund after investigation. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days unless you have already accessed or used the digital service. Once you begin using the AI tools, you acknowledge that the service has been fully delivered and waive your right to withdrawal.
